is found within the oldest crypts and graveyards of Oth, though
no house of the cult has been found there in recent history. The Mourner's

- Jad. 1. Magically disorienting region of mists surrounding
Jadth which prevents the unfaithful
from approaching and finding the city. Ships entering the mists
unwelcomed have reportedly found themselves months later in distant

notorious for its hallucinogenic flower blooms.

- O.Oth. 1. A fat, thick-bearded Halver,
Dreg is one of the wealthier people that live in Oth. The Oth
brewery had layed in ruins for twenty years before an explosion destroyed
it and killed his grandfather, before Dreg rebuilt it and revitalized
the town bearing his family's name. Dreg produces the finest ale
in the City of Oth. A prominent member of the Merchants'
Guild, he has vast influence and popularity in the City. His
printed likeness (with a small anvil) appears on most kegs and bottles
that he sells. His generosity to the Temple of Roth has led to
a movement amogn the younger ranks to incorporate Dreg's Ale into ceremonies
involving the god Roth, though high priests of the temple do not see
this as appropriate, preferring to use the traditional black wine.

- Oth. 1. A town to the southwest of Oth along the Run
Dul, home to a community of Halvers and several breweries and drinking
halls. Dreg's brewery was revitalized recently (circa 648 DR) following
the explosive destruction of the Dreg Brewing Hall in 627 DR. (see Dreg)

Norod is a tall man with small eyes. He does not dislike
his fellow man, but prefers the tranquility that woods around the City
of Oth provide. He is welcoming and hospitable to visitors but

the region. Norod has cleared a good-sized portion of the Northwood
by himself. He is an expert lumberjack with some natural craft
and engineering talents. The Goblin Queen has recently bought
