Ort. 1. Legendary patriarch of the Pantargor Ort who vanished circa 840 HK following defeat at the Battle of Snaking Pass.
Ragred Orkor
Ort. 1. Ragred the Thousandth. 2. Traditional name given each clanhead of the Pantargor Ort.
Ranal Island
Oth. 1. A wooded island on the eastern edge of the Nyr Tanul.

O.Oth. 1. Name overheard by Mishara Silverpoint at the Northwall Inn, as someone who had followed Lord Valad on a crusade against the goblins.
Rape of Taldàna
Tal. 1. Opera that commemorates the Ortori invasion of Taldàna in 924 HK.  Completed in 1208 HK by Iligis Sarçzal, the opera contains six parts, each lasting about two hours. (see more)

Oth. 1. A burglar and rapist of Erhet who was killed by Jak the Red when he and others ambushed Bugaven's Feast and Sleep on 5 Lanal 652.
Seerilla Ravenwind
Oth. 1. A beautiful and exotic black-haired, green eyed, woman harper and songstress from the southern kingdom of Nath Koralya. 2. A member of Endren's Seven.
The Red Cock
Oth. 1. Shadowy tavern of Jaris, owned and operated by Solem. 2. Favorite hangout of Daga, Dogsbutt, and Whitey.
The Red Knights
Jad. 1. An order of templar-esque knights devoted to upholding Dekàlan religion and culture.  (see Ordus Thardram Merdrul)
Red Scribe
Oth. 1. A priest of Danok who is chosen to hear and write the words of their god.
Red Temple
Oth. 1. Large red stone temple dedicated to the "god" Danok, which stands within the eastern reaches of the Evalshat Mountains. The priests of the temple hold large and elaborate ceremonies and virginal sacrifices in the eighth month of each year. Sacrifices usually consist of children purchased from orphanages around the City of Oth. These rituals are not common knowledge in Oth or the theocracy.

Ort. 1. The clan of the rotted-eye; a warlike Ortori clan from the lands of Ummon and central Terèthor.

O.Oth. 1. A hillside town to the west of the City of Oth that is dominated by large rusted metal buildings. The ruins of old roads and channels spiderleg into the surrounding hills and valleys, where ore was brought down to the giant smelters. The town is inhabited despite the surrounding spent Black Hills mines, farming the Vael Rhymer.

River of the Dead
Ild. Rundnur 1. Icon of the Draun mythology; a river that encircles the lands of death in which all those seeking eternal peace must swim.  Those deserving of the Lasting Peace are skewered by the Fisher of Souls and pulled from the grey waters.

O.Oth. 1. A bridge guard of Candan and friend of Jak the Red.
Zard Ronad
O.Oth. 1. One of two Candan peasants that hanged the injured thief following the Candan Massacre.

Dek. The Crafter, The Forger 1. Dekàlan god of smiths and craftsmen. Kyrm Oryroth is located in the centter of the City of Oth. Believed to have instructed the priests of his faith to build The Machine; an artifact that sits at the center of Kyrm Oryroth.  Followers of Roth are tireless workers, and master craftsmen.  Their creations rival the Dwôrden constructions.

High Lord Edgur Rott the Third
O.Oth. (587- DR) 1. Brooding sovereign of the City of Oth. Lord Rott's wife, Lady Dayla died many years ago, leaving the Lord melancholy and apathetic about his rule.  (see more)
High Lady Hela the Believer
O.Oth. ( - ) 1. First ruler and matriarch of the Rott family line. 2. Appointed ruler of Nor Calas Oth following the Zyan monarchy. 3. Following rigorous tests, the high priests of Roth determined that Hela was the most pious citizen of Oth, and granted her and her descendants the Iron Crown.
High Lord Mothrim the First
O.Oth. (276-349 DR) 1. Wizard High Lord of Oth who redefined the Company of the White Raven.
Lady Nolda Rott the Contestor
O.Oth. (587- DR) 1. Twin sister of Edgur Rott, believed by many to have died long ago of forgotten circumstances. 2. The Goblin Queen who resides beneath the ancient Two Brothers in the southern Northwoods. 3. Known as "The Contestor" for her belief that Edgur her brother is not the rightful heir to the Oth'Na Tom 4. Liege of Jak of Candan.

O.Oth. 1. Apprentice tavernkeeper of Candan who became keeper of the Fiery Wench Tavern following the murder of his master, Jarda Keeper during the Candan Massacre.

Dek. 1. The river of the dead. 2. A length of the Run Merdus that runs beneath the City of Oth; named after the River of Death mentioned in Draun teachings. (see more)
Run Dul
Dek. 1. The deep river. 2. A river that cuts a ragged chasm through the center of the City of Oth, depositing into the Cre Dulnar. The edges of the ravine cut sharply downward to the raging waters far below. The shadows within are perpetually deep and inviolate.

Dek. 1. Tributary of the Run Telabra the separates the Silverwood from the Telabra Plain.
Run Evaldon
Nek.El., Dek. 1. Mountain-down river. 2. River originating in the Evalshat Mountains and emptying into the Cre Dathath near Portage.
Run Hanat
O.Oth. 1. Hanat river. 2. River originating in the Evalshat Mountains and emptying into the Nyr Platan near Hanat.
Run Merdus
Dek. 1. The red river. 2. One of two rivers that run through the City of Oth and deposit into the Cre Dulnar. A large section of the river flows beneath the City. (see Run Dnur)
Run Morus
Dek. 1. The shaded river. 2. A winding river beginning in the Elmark and flowing between the towns of Portage and Oddon before emptying into the Nyr Platan.
Run Nethyzan
Dek. 1. Poisonous river that runs through the heart of Zyrr.
Run Poron
O.Oth. 1. Poron river. 2. River originating in the Evalshat Mountains and emptying into the Nyr Platan north of Poron.
Run Suluth
Dek. 1. The major river of the Dreamlands which originates in the Sleeping Mountains and empites into the City of Jadth delta.  The Sha'al and other natives of the region believe the river to be inhabited by spirits.  Those of Dekàlan descent believed that the dreams of Sudul traveled into the world through the river.
Run Telabra
O.Oth. 1. River that empties into the northern bay, that divides the Northwoods from the Elder Wood.
Rurnd Mining Company
O.Oth. (320-345 DR) 1. A mining company of the Black Hills which operated in the 4th century DR. (see Gramdor Rurnd)
Gramdor Rurnd
O.Oth. ( -344 DR) 1. Founder and head of the Rurnd Mining Company of the Black Hills.
Rün the Dekàlan
Dek. 1. An aspect of Irul na Krulln who was assumed into the heavens by the God of War, and made divine by the will of that god. 2. A patron deity of Dekàlas.
