"Too often days swiftly pass / Weeping in the evening grass / There just is not enough time / Forthings you dreamt you'd do / The hours still drift by.

"Too many years, too high a cost / Too many lessons earned but lost / And still you complain all the time / Cursing the days before you / Lamentng the days gone by.

"And finally laying in your bed / Staring skyward, nearly dead / It all floods back one last time, / The chances that you left behind / But alas there's little left to do / ... but cry."

Dirimoran song

Alcerra (Nadrelan of Kirit Nalam, Ildûn) journeyed North across the Dekàlan Sea until she arrived at the City of Oth.  For some time the priestess resided in the dismal Lower Streets working for the Poisoners' Guild.  While there, she learned a great deal about their craft and enough about their ways to know that someone of her training and purpose did not belong.  Leaving the shadows of Vishashun, she tried to put the city behind her and discover some purpose for being in this remote and dreary land. Finding refuge at an ancient tomb in the Northwoods, she met a druid that introduced her to others that might help her find the purpose she sought.

...

Alcerra currently resides on the outskirts of the Othic borough of Cenotaph where she has recruited a number of followers to help reclaim the desanctified landscape.  Following a protracted campaign against the Ghuls of the area, she answered a calling to remain and finish the work that she and her companions had begun.  Though largely feared due to her necromantic powers, the Draun priestess is sometimes sought by desperate individuals seeking solace.

The summer of 653 DR has been an interesting time for the priestess.  First, the Hunter of the Dead Aroán arrived from Ildûn with news from the Tor'n Evalshat and areas southward.  Also, while exploring and reclaiming the widespread caves beneath Cenotaph, one of Alcerra's assistants uncovered something of great interest to the priestess.  Curious to learn more about the find, she summoned a local companion to investigate the matter further.  Since that time there has been a flurry of visitors to the priestess' residence.  Among her callers has been a representative of the High Lord, though there is no certainty that the soldier visited in an official capacity. Outward appearances would indicate that Alcerra's retirement from adventuring may be drawing to a close.

Aside from mundane possessions, Alcerra has a suit of chainmail armor (a magical suit was loaned to Jak of Candan), a masterwork Trident of Draun that she brought from Ildûn, an embroidered robe of her order and an 'angel' medallion that radiates magic.
