"...[name] stood in the [name2] Hall, a hundred peers watching from the galleys above. She called her Provider's name, and all could feel the power she commanded. [name3] summoned his wards, but all that watched knew his efforts were in vain. The next name she offered was his, and the misery of [name3] was legend."

Mad Fury [General]
Grants the mad Blight caster extraordinary abilities at the cost of 'clouded judgment'.
Prerequisites: Corruption Vigor, must suffer from some form of madness
Benefit: As a free-action the half-insane Blight caster can fly into a madness-induced fury.  This may be done once per day and lasts 1d8+2 + the character's Con modifier in rounds.  The furying Blight caster will foam at the mouth and scream incomprehensibly for the duration.  A furying caster cannot cast spells or use spell-like abilities in this state.  While in a Mad Fury the caster suffers no effects from wounding, even beyond death's door; the character feels no pain and is immune to fear effects and mind-affecting spells.  Additionally, the caster adds +4 to their Strength, gains an additional +25 temporary hit points and adds 10 ft. to their Base Movement.  A furying character loses all bonuses to AC from Dexterity, feats and abilities and will make no attempts to Dodge of evade danger.  A maddened Blight caster can not be incapacitated unless taken to -10 hit points.  Following a Mad Fury the character collapses, his energy spent and suffers a -4 penalty to all actions until a full eight hours of rest is taken.  Mad Fury cannot be used simultaneously with Corruption Vigor but may stack with Barbarian Rage.  (BMpp33,34, OGC)

Manufacture Magic Poison [Item Creation]
You can concoct magic poisons.
Regions:  Poisoners Guild
Prerequisites:  Brew Potion, Spellcaster level 5+
Benefit
:  You can brew any magic poison provided you meet the requirements.  Enchanting poisons requires one week's work for each 1000d of its value.  The spellcaster must spend 1/25 of the item's cost in XP and uses up raw naterials equal to half the poison's cost. (rf. Poisons) (based on BEM1p4, OGC)

Mask Blighted Signature [Special]
Allows the Blight caster to mask his or her signature.
Prerequisites
: Blight Magic
Benefit
: Caster may spend an additional hour on the Blight ritual for the purpose of masking their personal signature.  Attempts to track a masked signature receive a -10 profane penalty.  Extended rituals are more costly, difficult, and have a higher Constitution drain. (BMp33, OGC)

Mental Combatant [General, Fighter]
Analyzing an opponent's fighting style gives you a defensive advantage.
Prerequisites:  Combat Reflexes, Int 13+
Benefit:  After either a) studying an opponent's fighting style as a full round action or b) engaging an opponent for two rounds, the Mental Combatant gains a dodge bonus to AC equal to their Intelligence modifier.  If the opponent changes weapons or fighting-style, the advantage is lost and the new style must be re-evaluated.
Special:  If you lose your Dexterity bonus to AC for any reason, you lose the dodge bonus.  Dodge bonuses stack with one another. (based on AEGMp64, OGC)

Mercantile Background [General]
You come from a family that excels at a particular trade.
Regions
: Azàlari, Dwürden, Oth.
Benefit
: Choose a Craft or Profession skill. You get a +2 bonus to all Craft or Profession checks for that skill and a +2 bonus to Appraise checks involving items relevant to that skill.  (© WoTC FR 2K Survival Kit, 2000)

Mind Blank [General]
You have been trained to empty your mind of thought, making it difficult for others to influence you.
Prerequisites:  Iron Will
Benefit:  By taking a full round action to fortify your mind, you gain a +6 competency bonus on all Will saves against hypnosis, mind control and other mind-affecting magics.  You may maintain this feat for a number of rounds equal to 1 + Wisdom modifier.  (based on AEGMp64, OGC)

Mirror Sight [Eldritch]
You can see into one mirror and out of another.
Prerequisites: Spellcaster level 1+, Cha 19+
Benefit
:  Once per day, you may scry using a mirror.  Mirror Sight allows you to use one mirror to see through another.  You can see three different things: 1) current reflection in a familiar mirror, 2) reflection of a person you know if they are near a mirror, or 3) a familiar place that is being reflected by a mirror.  Only visual information can be transmitted via Mirror Sight but the scryer can chose to project the reflection of his own mirror for a number of rounds equal to 1d4 + his Charisma modifier.  This feat does not work with mirror-like surfaces (i.e. polished shields, reflective pools, etc.)  (BEM1p4, OGC)

Multicultural [General]
You blend easily with members of another race.
Prerequisites:  Speak Language (specific race)
Benefits:  You blend and mingle well with members of a specific humanoid race.  You gain a +5 attitude bonus on Charisma checks when dealing with members of the race (rf. DMGp149: NPC Attitudes).  (SASp40, PCGen)
