"...[name] stood in the [name2] Hall, a hundred peers watching from the galleys above. She called her Provider's name, and all could feel the power she commanded. [name3] summoned his wards, but all that watched knew his efforts were in vain. The next name she offered was his, and the misery of [name3] was legend."

F

Fervent [General]
You shrug off most minor wounds.
Prerequisites: Toughness, Con 13+
Benefit:  You are not dead until your hit points fall to a number equal to 0 minus your Constitution. (AEGMp61, OGC)

Field Medic [General]
You are experienced with quickly treating injuries on the battlefield.
Prerequisites: First Aid or Heal 5+, Wis 13+
Benefit:  Field Medics who make a successful Heal check temporarily boost a target's hit points to 0 for a number of rounds equal to the medic's First Aid or Heal skill rank.  After these rounds, if the target's hit points drop below 0, he is stabilized.
Normal: Without this feat, first aid restores no hit points.
(based on AEGMp61, OGC)

Fierce [General]
You are hard to kill.
Prerequisites: Fervent, Con 15+
Benefit:  If an attack reduces you to a number of negative hit points that would normally result in your death (see Fervent), you may make a Fortitude save (DC 10 + spell level or hit points lost) to survive.  If the save is successful, you are restored to the threshold of death (i.e. -9 for normal people) and stabilized.  A person in this state appears dead for 3d4 turns before healing normally.  (based on AEGMp61, OGC)

Fists of Fury [General]
You can attack with a rapid succession of fists, elbows, feet and knees.
Prerequisites: Improved Unarmed Strike, Weapon Finesse (unarmed), Dex 13+
Benefit:  Any unarmed attack that does enough damage to drop an opponent gains you an additional melee attack against an adjacent target.  The second target must be within a 5 ft. step.  This feat may be used once per round and is ineffective against creatures immune to critical hits. (AEGMp61, OGC)

Fists of Thunder [General]
You are a martial arts master, able to mete out punishment to large groups of attackers.
Prerequisites: Fists of Fury, Dex 15+
Benefit:  This feat is similar to Fists of Fury except that there is no limit to the number of opponents you can attack within a round.  All attacks must be an unarmed and only one 5 ft. step may be made during the round. (based on AEGMp61, OGC)

Fleet of Foot [General]

Normal:  Running and charging is done in straight lines . (SASp39, PCGen)

Flick of the Wrist [General]

Prerequisites:  Quick Draw, Dex 17+
Benefit: Once per combat you may draw and attack with a light weapon with such speed that it catches your opponent flat-footed.  Flick of the Wrist is a standard action. (based on SASp39, PCGen)

to operating flying vehicles without this feat. (BNApp61,62, OGC)

Prerequisites: Cleave.
Benefit
