Load [General]
You can nock an arrow or load a crossbow with great speed.
Prerequisites: Base attack bonus +3, Dex 13+
Benefit: Once per turn you
may a) load a crossbow bolt into a hand- or light-crossbow
as a free action or b) load a crossbow bolt into a heavy or
repeating crossbow as a move-equivalent action. When
used with a shortbow or longbow in conjunction withthe Rapid
Shot Feat, the -2 penalty is ignored. (based on AEGMpp65,66,
OGC)
Quicker
Than the Eye [General]
You can move your hands quicker than others can follow.
Prerequisites: Dex 19+
Benefits: Using a move-equivalent action and
opposed Bluff and Spot checks, you can make an action while
under direct scrutiny that is missed due to misdirection.
If the action is an attack, the opponent is denied a
Dexterity bonus to AC. Each successive attempt
to fool a mark suffers a -2 penalty to the Bluff. (based
on SASp40, PCGen)
Quickload
Firearm [General]
You can load a pistol or musket with great speed.
Prerequisites: Proficiency in pistol or musket
Benefit: This feat allows you to load a musket
or pistol as a move-equivalent action that provokes an Attack
of Opportunity that would otherwise require a full-round action.
