"...[name] stood in the [name2] Hall, a hundred peers watching from the galleys
above. She called her Provider's name, and all could feel the power she commanded.
[name3] summoned his wards, but all that watched knew his efforts were in vain.
The next name she offered was his, and the misery of [name3] was legend."

The World of Teréth End has a unique collection of
fiends and monsters. Compiled here are those creatures that have been
encountered, presented by game statistics and some ecological information
(where appropriate). Details presented in this Bestiary should be
viewed as basic templates, as the magic Chaos often alters individual creatures
significantly from the templates presented.
Skir'ik
Kar
A common pest in and around Jadth are the
Skir'ik Kar. The first reports of the plant creatures appeared late
in the 6th century by farmers who watched in horror as the jungles reached
forward and reclaimed their lands over the course of a night. In 611,
witnesses leaving a Jadthàri stadium reported being assaulted by wooden
and leafy marauders who dragged three people into the jungles. The
bones of the victims were found the next morning, miles away, their jewelry
intact. Who the Skir'ik Kar are, and where and why they have appeared
is unknown. The Sudulite priest who
divined the name and secrets of this enemy in 639 DR has maintained a self-imposed
silence since that day, despite the cumulating deaths and mayhem. His
only shared insight may have been the name "Skir'ik Kar" found
scribbled on a paper near where he has been sitting these last 14 years.
