"To Thr. Jesam Zewel,

"... When you reach Kelamir you will find a tower of iron like a needle with three spheres of glass at its base.  Each sphere is a cell hosting living fires.  Each must agitated in its own manner for only in their most volatile states will the tower provide the required essence for the High Lady's ship.  Arrange the ship in the square at the tower's base and affix the hoses and cables before releasing the essence.  Once the ship takes shape, all voyagers must be in place and all cargo secured beneath the gondola.  The captain will know when to drop the tower's anchor and will guide you across the mountains to the great north city.  Seek there the monarch of that land and deliver our Lady's message to him.  All haste be with you, for an Ortori attack is imminent.  Amra bless and deliver you safely.

"Surrezin, Chamberlain to the High Lady Elesea of Taldàna"

Family Troubles
9 Eren 653 - 11 Eren 653

Tressta is warned by her sister Tallyssa that her husband-to-be and father may have hired people to kidnap her.  Jak and Eréus stand vigil over a fallen knight.  Tressta and Zildara are attacked in the outer Temple gardens.  Tressta is captured and carried away on a horse.  Jak faces down and captures a would-be-kidnapper but forgets the battle that transpired.  After hearing Tallyssa's testimony Dammon shifts into Owler shape and persues Tressta.  Dammon encounters a flying wizardress in a tree. Dammon rescues Tressta from a treehouse and returns with her.  Word is received that Tressta's father has been captured in Evermith.

Introducing

Bu-Ortor:  Following the Rape of Taldàna (and other Ortori invasions) into the Lands of Amra, the population of Bu-Ortor within the city-state has grown significantly.  Though few first generation of Bu-Ortor are accepted into Uren culture, it is not uncommon within the region to meet people with distinctly Ortor features which have been passed down through the generations. These malformations are more common in rural areas than they are in the cities of Taldàna.
